1. Who we are

GoFix is a web application provided by RAVE AI ("we", "us", "our"). GoFix helps UK sole traders and small businesses create professional quotes, track jobs, and manage clients. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and based in the United Kingdom to use GoFix. By using the app you confirm that you meet these requirements. GoFix is intended for business use by sole traders, tradespeople, and small businesses — not for personal consumer use.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorised access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for more than 24 months.

4. Free and Pro plans

GoFix offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription at £4.99 per month. The free tier allows you to create a limited number of quotes per month. The Pro plan unlocks unlimited quotes, custom logo on PDF documents, and a comprehensive business profile section.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from the Settings page; your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use GoFix to:

• Create fraudulent, misleading, or illegal quotes or invoices
• Impersonate another business or individual
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the platform
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Violate any applicable UK law or regulation

6. Your content and data

You retain ownership of all content you create in GoFix — your quotes, client details, job records, and business profile. By using the app, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you.

We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details of how we handle your data.

You are responsible for the accuracy of quotes and invoices you generate. GoFix is a tool to help you create documents — we are not responsible for any disputes arising from quotes or invoices you send to your customers.

7. VAT and tax

GoFix provides VAT calculation tools for convenience. These calculations are based on the standard UK VAT rate of 20%. You are solely responsible for ensuring your quotes and invoices comply with HMRC requirements. GoFix does not provide tax or legal advice. If you are unsure about your VAT obligations, consult a qualified accountant or visit gov.uk/vat-businesses.

8. Intellectual property

The GoFix name, logo, design, and underlying software are owned by RAVE AI. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

GoFix is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAVE AI's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of GoFix is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including lost profits, loss of business, or loss of data, even if we were advised of the possibility of such losses.

10. Service availability

We aim to keep GoFix available at all times but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may carry out maintenance, updates, or emergency changes that temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the app. Continued use of GoFix after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
